This series in collaboration with Postmates and Mother LA is my portrait of Los Angeles told through food. I wanted to take the things people line up for, tacos, ramen, burgers, coffee, and blow them up into landmarks as if they belonged to the city’s landscape as much as the hills, beaches, or freeways. We shot all over LA, from Venice to the Hollywood Hills, mixing set builds, photography, and digital craft to give the work its scale. The goal was not just to show food but to show the city’s appetite, bigger, stranger, and more alive than anywhere else.
